RETURN POLICY
Please return all items to place of purchase. All items being returned for credit are required to have been purchased directly from Trijicon. Please note that ExpertVoice and Guidefitter orders are listed as all sales final, and a credit will not be provided. You must fill out the form below to receive a return authorization number. Returns that are sent in without a return authorization number will not be accepted. Items being returned for a credit must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice or purchase order for each item listed in the return for credit. There will be a 20% restocking fee on merchandise returned within six months. Products cannot be returned for credit after six months.Products returned for a credit must not have been used, mounted, or damaged in any way.
REPAIRS
All Trijicon® products are designed and manufactured to provide customers years of reliable performance. In the event your Trijicon product requires factory service or warranty claim evaluation, please submit a repair request using the information below.
INTERNATIONAL REPAIRS REQUESTS:
If you reside outside of the United States, or reside in Guam or Puerto Rico, please click the link below to submit an End Use Certification Statement so that Trijicon can process your return request.
USA REPAIRS REQUESTS
