Assistant Manager of Law Enforcement and Security Programs

The Assistant Manager of Law Enforcement and Security Programs will assist with the development and execution of Trijicon’s strategic efforts to increase sales across Local and Federal Law Enforcement (LE) Agencies.  The Assistant Manager role is to work with departments and agencies to understand key end-user requirements, and position Trijicon products as appropriate solutions to those requirements.  The individual for this position must have a solid understanding of the administrative and funding processes used in each market segment under their area of responsibility.  This individual must be a subject matter expert in instructional methodology to train direct personnel, and customers on the proper use and employment of all Trijicon products.  They must be extremely comfortable and competent in the use and handling of small arms. To be successful in this role the qualified candidate will be a self-starter, who is comfortable working with large audiences, preparing, and delivering LE client presentations. This individual must represent and promote Trijicon's products and services in support of the Business Development Law Enforcement and Security programs.  Represent Trijicon at Law Enforcement and Security events, training seminars, demonstrations, and other activities in conjunction with the Business Development Law Enforcement and Security Team.
