Trijicon® Unveils the MRO® HD - Featuring a New Complex Reticle

Wixom, MI – Trijicon’s MRO (Miniature Rifle Optic) has set the standard for red dot rifle optics by providing dependable repeatability, rugged construction, and unparalleled clarity and field of view.  With no tunnel effect or restricted view, the MRO has quickly become the favorite amongst professionals and enthusiasts alike.

New for 2020, the MRO HD takes performance to the next level with a re-engineered objective lens that produces a refined 2.0 MOA center dot surrounded by a 68 MOA segmented circle reticle for improved accuracy. Optimized for use with the optional MRO HD 3x magnifier accessory, the MRO HD features a truly ambidextrous reticle and brightness control that allows the user to choose between a full reticle or center dot only, while maintaining constant fire control.

The MRO HD features eight brightness settings for each reticle, including two that are night vision compatible, five daylight settings and one super bright setting for use with weapon lights or in very bright lighting conditions. The battery will last 2.5 years with continuous use on the dot reticle, setting three. Also new to the MRO HD is a tethered battery cap.

The MRO HD is parallax free, with infinite eye relief for quick and accurate engagement no matter your shooting position.  With its larger objective lens and shortened optical length, the MRO HD virtually eliminates the “tunnel vision” or tube-effect common to many red dot sights. The 2.0 MOA dot and 68 MOA segmented circle are bright and crisp, and are perfectly sized for fast target acquisition, while the optional 3x flip-to-side magnifier provides the shooter with clear vision and precision shooting at extended ranges.

All Trijicon MRO models mount easily, zero quickly with half-minute adjustments and 70 MOA total travel allow for zeroing on a variety of platforms. Furthermore, no special tools are required—windage and elevation adjustments can be made with the rim of a cartridge casing.

Trijicon engineers built—and tested—the MRO to operate in temperatures ranging from  -60F to +160F.  Waterproof to 100 feet, chemical and corrosion resistant, and housed in 7075-T6 Aluminum, the MRO can withstand the rigors of combat or bouncing between competition stages.

Starting MSRP: $919
