Trijicon Torque Specifications

Note: All fasteners should have a nylon patch or drop of medium strength thread locker applied to a clean thread interface. This does not apply to interfaces that have steel inserts in the aluminum substrates.

RMR^® / RMR^®cc / RMR^®HD / SRO^® / RCR^TM Reflex Sights

• RMR - #6-32 FHCS, 15 in-lbs.
• RMRcc - #5-40 SHCS, 18 in-lbs.
• RMR HD - #6-32 FHCS, 15 in-lbs.
• SRO - #6-32 FHCS, 15 in-lbs.
• RM33 mount to picatinny rail is 30 in-lbs.
• ACOG RM35 & RM54 mount: mount to ACOG bosses is 15 in-lbs.,
• RM35 forward anti-crush screws are simply set to an ID card thickness from touching the ACOG.
• RM66 is 15 in-lbs. to TA02 ACOG.
• Trijicon Q-LOC^TM Technology RMR  mount to picatinny rail is finger tight up to 30-38 in-lbs.
• All Colt Knobs are set by finger tightening and adding up to ¼ turn more.
• RCR - #6-32 Capstan, 15 in-lbs. Refer to torque guide included with optic.
• Accessory Ring Plates and Picatinny Rail - Plate screws: 20-26 in- lbs.
• RMR HD and SRO battery cap - 9 in-lbs.

MRO^® / MRO^®HD Reflex Sights

• MRO to MOUNT is 12 in-lbs.
• MRO standard mounts to picatinny rail is 30 in-lbs.
• Trijicon Q-LOC^TM Technology MRO mount to picatinny rail is finger tight up to 30-38 in.-lbs
• MRO Quick Detach Lever mounts are do not have a torque value however there is a specific mount instruction -  MRO Levered QD Mount Instructions

ACOG^® Riflescopes

• ANY mount to any ACOG is 50 in-lbs.
• Trijicon Q-LOC^TM Technology ACOG mount to picatinny rail is finger tight up to 30-38 in.-lbs 
• All Colt Knobs are set by finger tightening and adding up to ¼ turn more.

VCOG^® Riflescopes

• ANY mount to any VCOG is 65 in-lbs.
• Trijicon Q-LOC^TM Technology ACOG mount to picatinny rail is finger tight up to 30-38 in-lbs.
• All Colt Knobs are set by finger tightening and adding up to ¼ turn more.

AccuPoint^® / Huron^® / Ascent^® / Credo^® / Credo^® HX / Tenmile^® / Tenmile^® HX Riflescopes

• Any mount to one piece upper is 50 in-lbs. Ring caps are set to 18in-lbs
• Trijicon Q-LOC^TM Technology mount to picatinny rail is finger tight up to 30-38 in.-lbs and the Ring Caps are set to 15 in-lbs.
• All Colt Knobs are set by finger tightening and adding up to ¼ turn more.
